Terms of Service

Local tax:
Adults € 1.50 per person per day, children up to 14 years free

Reduction for children:
Up to 5 years free, from 6 to 10 years -50%, from 11 to 14 years -30% and from 15 to 17 years -15% reduction

Short term surcharge:
up to 3 nights € 5 per person per day

30% of the total amount by transfer to the Raiffeisen Bank Wald im Pinzgau

The booking confirmed by us in writing is only valid after we have received your deposit.

Getting there:
The rooms are available from 2 p.m. If you arrive after 6 p.m. we ask for a telephone call.

Departure:
On departure, we ask you to vacate the room for our next guests by 10 a.m.

Cancellation:
In the event of early departure or cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. Otherwise, the Austrian hotel regulations will be charged.
